Christine also celebrated her 'dad getting better', after her father Johnny, 62, overcame his heroin addiction after decades of struggling.

Sharing a poignant post, Christine wrote: 'Chapter 36. Year 35 you were incredible. Some of my highlights from last season..

'I climbed a mountain I went on a dream holiday with my mum and my babies. My dad got better.

'I wrote another book. Launched my own products in stores all over the uk and brought out my own clothing brand

'I made another documentary with BBC. I went 'on the run' for Stand Up To Cancer with my bestie Duncan James and done a life changing spiritual journey making new friends on Pilgrimage.

'I won a diversity award and a Guinness world record! And so much more that I can't share yet. I have loved 35.

'I'm even more excited about this next season. Feeling more comfortable in my own skin, being more myself, and definitely doing more of what I love.'

Among the slew of snaps was a picture of a phrase, that read: 'Life is like a dice we never know what comes next.'

Christine split from her husband of 11 years Paddy McGuinness in 2022 and she has since been making the most of single life

It comes shortly after Christine shrugged off the prospect of finding new love for herself after her split from her ex Paddy.

In 2022, it was announced that Paddy, 50, and Christine who share three children, were separating after 14 years together.

Two years on, as she and Paddy are in the process of divorcing, Christine has revealed that meeting a new romantic partner is not a priority for her.

The TV personality said her life is 'full of love' already and that she is enjoying having time on her own and being independent.

In an interview with Radio Times, Christine said: 'I feel like my life's full of love with my children. I'm very lucky, my heart is full. I don't think I'm missing anything.

'I'm forever going to share [my life] with my children and Patrick's always going to be around as their father, but I want to have time on my own.'

Christine added: 'Those nights where I'm at work, and I don't have to ring anyone and say, 'This is where I am.'

'I want to be able to have that freedom.'

Christine admitted she 'isn't ready for anything serious' with a new partner during the first episode of Pilgrimage.

Travelling to Wales for the three-part series, Christine has already started her journey towards freedom but not away from her ex.

In the series, she revealed: 'The only life I've known is with Patrick and I'm not sure what my path is now I'm on my own. I need to figure it out.

'Patrick and I have been separated for almost two years now, but I don't think I've dealt with the separation completely yet and I know that one day I'm going to have to do that.

'Everyone has hard times, everyone has challenges, but if only you could gather all your trauma or your worries and just chuck it away.

'The biggest change is to come, I'm just scared of doing it.'

Christine has no plans to move out of the family home she shares with the comedian, as they co-parent their twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and Felicity, six, who all have autism.

Despite Paddy admitting he has been on a few dates since the couple split, Christine revealed she is terrified to date again.

Christine told The Sun's TV mag: 'I don't see myself getting married again. I just don't. I've never had time to myself. I was with Patrick since I was 19 and now I'm single for the first time in a long time.

'I don't need to tell anyone where I'm going or what I'm doing. That is so freeing and something that I'm not sure I want to give away again.'

The couple now sleep in separate bedrooms in their Cheshire mansion but they try to keep family life as normal as possible.

Christine said: 'There hasn't been an awful lot of change because we are a family, regardless of what's between me and Patrick. We're still in the family home, we're still raising the children together.

'We've got a good understanding of parenting and how important it is for both of us to be in the children's lives, so we support each other. We both equally want to be there to enjoy those times.'
