Flaunting the fruits of her seven month weight loss labour, Frankie Essex, 28, displayed her enviable curves in a plunging Grecian inspired beach dress that flaunted her ample cleavage during her break away to Abu Dhabi.

The TOWIE star - who launched her first Fitness Tips Beauty Tips Weight Loss Tips Tips For Happy Life - healthrecoverytips.com DVD - was sure to showcase her impressive assets in the daring beachside ensemble that featured a racy sheer gold bodice with crystal embellishment, helping to cover her modesty on Sunday.

The reality star flashed major side and underboob in the eye-popping look, yet managed to avoid a wardrobe malfunction as she placed nude pasties over her nipples as she took to the seaside for the day.

Frankie's choice of beachwear continued her semi-sheer theme with a lightweight white chiffon floor-grazing overlay that displayed her gym honed pins and pert derriere to the fullest with its seductive double slits.

  

Under her waist cinching skirt, Frankie's ensemble featured a swimsuit inspired undergarment that hugged her womanly curves and teased the naked eye as she sashayed along the boardwalk. 

The Essex babe added inches to her petite frame as she slipped on a pair of sky-high soft metallic cork platform wedges as she carried her gold beach bag with rope detailing in her hand.

Taming her mane for the seaside outing, she worked half her glossy blonde locks into a top knot, pinned into place at the crown of her head as the rest of her tresses cascaded down her back, playfully being tousled by the breeze.

Although going to the beach, Frankie opted to wear a full face of make-up, accentuating her peepers with a brown smokey eye and lashings of mascara.

Making her way up the promenade, the ITVBe star stopped to check out the sights of the city as she playfully placed her hand above her eyes to witness the United Arab Emirates beauty.

Meanwhile, the bubbly blonde had been hitting the gym hard, preparing for her one-off ITVBe comeback on TOWIE's series 19 finale.

Transforming her life, Frankie previously opened up to MailOnline about what drove her to launch her fitness CVC. 

She said: 'I've had a year and a half of being sad and depressed and not even wanting to leave the house at times, so I'm definitely not complaining about being busy.

'I just want to make everyone feel good like I do now,' she said, about sharing her fitness tips in her new DVD, Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workouts.

Frankie continued: 'Burning calories and getting a sweat on, it just releases the endorphins and it makes you feel better.'

The reality star had to overcome the fear of being judged when she first rejoined a gym and embarked on her weight loss journey.

'Sometimes I think the gym's a bit scary,' she said.

'I didn't go for ages, it's a bit intimidating. Especially being on TV, I felt like everyone was looking at me anyway, and I was bigger and I felt fat.

'Now I talk to all the men about their regimes and we all kind of copy each other's routines.'

'They've been so impressed with my core strength - I have a really strong core and I didn't even realise.

'I've been planking with a 15kg weight on my back for two minutes at a time, and no-one could believe how easy I was finding it.'

She added: 'I want to show everyone that being sad is all in your head and you need to believe in yourself and that you can do it.'
